Step 1: Brush hair out and moisten with warm water. Distribute approx. 7-10 ml of Shampooing Bio-Fanelan along the parting of the scalp and lightly massage in to the scalp. Carefully distribute Shampooing Bio-Fanelan into the hair lengths. Lather up the hair again with water and then rinse. Perform a second time.

Step 2: Condition hair on mid lengths & ends only with desired conditioner/treatment (as per products instructions), completely rinse & towel dry hair & scalp completely.

Step 3: Once to twice a week, evenly distribute 2/3 of the contents of an Ergines Plus Vital ampoule along the parting of the scalp and lightly massage in.Evenly distribute 1/3 of the contents of an ampoule into the hair and lightly knead in with the fingers, leave in the hair, then style as usual with La Biosthétique styling products.

Step 4: Several times a week, on alternative days to the Ergines Plus Vital ampoule, distribute 1 to 1.5 pipettes Visarôme Dynamique R on to points of the scalp and then lightly massage in with your fingertips. Relax and enjoy new freshness.
